  1. This Privacy Statement applies to RAFF Plastics NV (“RAFF Plastics”, “Company” or “we”) a Belgian company with registered office address at 8650 Houthulst, Melanedreef 16B, and with company number 0462.433.642.
  2. RAFF Plastics is a Belgian company specialised in plastics. The Company is internationally renowned and has forty years’ experience in compounding, extrusion and recycling. We are both a processor and supplier of all types of recycled plastics.
  3. We want to be a great company. In order to achieve that goal we are committed to work in the right way. We are committed to protect your privacy and to process your personal data in an open and transparent manner, in particular with respect of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”).

      Personal data processed for direct marketing purposes, are however stored for a period of 3 years as from the last contact with the individual concerned. If you have become a customer during this period, we may however retain your personal data for a longer period, namely 10 years as from the delivery of the products or services, or as from the latest contact with EOC Group (if this contact would take place at a later date).
    3. Depending on the specific situation and the applicable national legislation, we may however retain your personal data for a longer period.
